Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken is a professional Counter-Strike 2 player from Canada who is currently playing for Team Liquid as a rifler. He is the most decorated North American Counter-Strike player, having won the Antwerp Major in 2022 and the Intel Grand Slam in 2019, as well as winning multiple top tier tournaments and personal accolades.

That is clearly native, radar is not stretched at all
I can assure you this is 4:3, not native.
The radar appears to be non-stretched due to the angle of the photo.
