I’ve studied several of his gameplays and I also play with it turned off. It’s very clear that he has turned off the pointer accuracy because of the way he checks angles and his less smooth checks. His posture also explains a lot. You can try watching some of his games and try to turn it off.
Control may become more difficult as sensitivity changes. I played the same game with him several times. In the past, acceleration and raw were turned on. There is no such setting in the current game, I know that is why Windows did not change the setting.
